Okay. Just like with the potato peeler, how in the world did I miss out on how handy the ice cream scoop is? We were visiting my brother-in-law and sister-in-law over Thanksgiving and I got up VERY early to go to the bakery with my SIL. I watched as she made several batches of muffins for the Black Friday crowd. When I asked her about the ice cream scoopers, she said they make every muffin the exact same size as all the others. Who woulda thunk it?
I watched as she scooped up larger blueberry muffins and medium sized red velvet cupcakes. I never really thought about how they did this, but you better believe I will be doing this myself from now on. Will make life much easier when The Kid has friends over and they are fighting over the biggest one.
Oh, and they are pretty good for scooping ice cream (and melons) as well. 🙂
