Tuesday Rants

I LOVE the passionate scenes in most movies. I recently read a book and then watched the movie version (see this coming Friday’s post). The kissing scene was far HOTTER than what I had pictured in my head when I read the book. It left me squirming in my seat (even though it was a fairly short scene).

But I have read several books where the love scenes had the same effect (see Devon Gray’s book review from last week!!!!) as the visual ones from movies. I wonder how some authors can create this feeling and others don’t. I also wonder if the author from this Friday’s post did this intentionally because her intended audience was young adult. Could be. Who really knows….
