Dear Bailey,

Why do they make so many different keypads? The difference in my phone and calculator have messed me up several times. And don’t even get me started on the computer keyboard and my cell phone. I know that “someone” set this up to make things easier; I’m just not sure what they thought would make it easier. Do you have any ideas?
