Update on Hubby

Whoops. Thanks Rachel for reminding me of this.

My husband is doing great. We waited at the hospital all day Wednesday for a procedure that finally started at 4:10 pm. They found the bad area (after two hours) and killed the cells causing the extra heart beat. Since the procedure, he has not had any extra beats. He said he immediately felt 10 times better (not like he was constantly running a marathon…). The doctor was very happy it went as well as it did (as were we). We have another 6 weeks or so before we will know for certain if it worked completely.

I was able to bring him home yesterday afternoon and then did a ton of running with the boy before soccer practice. Today, I stood in line for an hour and a half to vote early since I’ll be in class most of the day on Tuesday. Because he insisted on coming and voting with me, I told him to let me know if he had any problems (note – nagged him about it). He insisted that he felt fine, just a little tired when we finally made it home.
