City Roots Ciders is a company created by a small group of employees/owners at Boston Harpoon’s Brewery in Boston, Ma. The cool thing about this company is that they are partnered with 1% of the Planet. With this company, they donate 1% of the revenue from all City Roots sales to nonprofit organizations that focus on helping create greener, more sustainable cities.  I love that idea!  

As I’ve said before, I LOVE most things pumpkin! So when I saw this Pumpkin Dry Cider, I wanted to give it a try. I tried another pumpkin cider last season and did not love it as much because it was just so sweet. But this dry cider is just right.  It hits a positive note on all my taste buds.  

-lightly sweet (dry)

-light apple taste with a light pumpkin flavor

-hints of nutmeg 

I love this pumpkin cider.  As I said, I have tried a few others that seem a little too sweet for my taste. But this one is a definite keeper in my books. I hope “seasonal” means I can find it again *fingers crossed*.
