This year has been incredibly enlightening. Not only for me as a person, but my writing life has grown and flourished as the months have flown by.
In 2011, I wrote a short story to post on a blog I was co-blogging with 23 other authors. We all wrote various short stories that revolved around a Halloween theme and also featured some elements from the name of our blog, Petit Fours and Hot Tamales. Although the blog eventually closed, I went on to self-publish this short story in 2012. Since then it has taken on a life of its own. Everyone who reached out to me asked for more.
You spoke. I listened!
Introducing the republication of Drool Worthy (now) Part 1 of 7. (Remember! This is a free download for an e-book at all locations!!!)
Will all-work-and-no-play keep Marianne from finding a great guy? Or will the pastry chef be in exactly the right place when opportunity walks through the front door?
Check out this bite-sized introduction to the budding relationship between Marianne and Jason. No spooky ookie scare your pants off Halloween story here. Just a sweet introduction between a pastry chef and the sexy gym owner from a small middle Georgia town.
For those who loved the story, Part 2 is also out and ready for download at all e-book locations (see links on my book page).
For those that want to read an exclusive bonus scene that happens between Part 1 and Part 2, sign-up for my newsletter. Once you confirm, you will be sent this fun scene that will only be shared with my newsletter subscribers. (newsletter link on my contact page)
To top this all off, I am super excited to be one of the featured authors at the Middle Georgia Indie Book Festival happening Saturday, Oct 19th in Warner Robins, GA.

For those who are also wondering and waiting, Drool Worthy Part 3 will be making its debut around that time, as well.
Phew. That’s a lot for one blog post. I hope you love Marianne and Jason’s budding relationship as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Cheers!
