Life is good. I spent all day Thursday at the movie theater with a friend. Yes. All day.
Why, you ask?
With this being the final Twilight Saga movie coming out, I decided to take a few days off from the “day job” and celebrate the movie in style. My friend and I bought a ticket to watch all five movies in succession.

Yes, I do own all four books. And yes, I do own all four of the other movies on DVD. But come on! This is Twilight!!! This is the last time I will get to see them all on the big screen and with 300 of my closest friends (yes, we were all pretty close after sharing the theater for twelve and a half hours, the bathrooms every break in-between movies, the snack counter when everyone decided pizza sounded good, and then the laugh we shared when the other 1,400 people waiting to see the final movie were lined up the aisles of the theater wondering how we got the VIP badges and the “good” theater with the rocking seats). Good times. Good times.
I won’t give any spoilers but I will tell you there was a LOT of yelling towards the end of that last movie. The surprise ending had us all on the edges of our seats. I think we all would have been knocking on the director’s door if he hadn’t thrown in that last twist. I left the theater at 1 am wanting to go back in and see it again. And honestly, I probably will before the month is over. 🙂

I haven’t seen the movie yet. Heck, I haven’t seen the one before it, so I appreciate you not giving spoilers.
Sounds like you had a great time. I’m glad you got a leisure day and enjoyed yourself away from the norm.
