Thrills, Chills, and Broken Toes!!!

Okay, I almost broke my toe jumping off the couch to run to my “to-be-read” bookshelf. A friend and fellow Petit Fours and Hot Tamales blog sister sent us all a note this afternoon saying that she just started Dianna Love and Sherrilyn Kenyon’s book, Silent Truth, and read a dedication to our blog in the book. Here is what it said – – –

Oh, man! Talk about a thrill! We had no clue. I was one of the lucky ones who got an advanced copy (I won it on a blog Dianna was guest speaking on) but I had to MAKE myself put it on the shelf because of the craziness of these final days of school (see note below…grin…). I’ve been a very good girl, but now I’m thinking I might slip it into my book bag tomorrow.
