Welcome, Writers

If you’re a writer who’s found your way here—welcome. I’m really glad you stopped by.

I’ll start with this: I don’t have all the answers. In fact, I don’t even have most of them. Everything I’ve learned about writing, publishing, and building a creative life has come through a whole lot of trial and error—testing ideas, making mistakes, changing direction, and figuring things out one step at a time.

What I do have is experience. Experience in finishing projects when motivation dips. Experience in learning what works for me (and what absolutely doesn’t). Experience in navigating the tools, platforms, and choices that come with being an indie author—and adapting when those things change, because they always do.

This space exists because I believe writing doesn’t have to be a solo journey. If something I’ve learned can save another writer a little time, frustration, or self-doubt, I’m more than happy to share it. Not as a rulebook or a “right way,” but as one possible path through the noise from this business.

Here on this page, you’ll find bits and pieces of the process I use for my writing—how I plan, draft, revise, and keep moving forward. I’ll also share some of the tech and tools that help keep my writing life organized, along with programs, platforms, and communities I’ve found helpful along the way. From time to time, I’ll recommend books that have inspired me, challenged me, or helped me think differently about craft, creativity, or the business side of writing.

This isn’t about perfection or expertise. It’s about progress, curiosity, and learning as we go.

Whether you’re just starting out, finding your way back to writing, or somewhere in the middle trying to figure out your next step, I hope you’ll find something here that helps—even in a small way.

You’re welcome to explore, take what’s useful, leave what’s not, and come back anytime. We’re all figuring this out as we go.

I only share tools, resources, and recommendations that I genuinely use or believe may be helpful. Your support in this way helps me continue creating stories, resources, and content here, and it’s truly appreciated.
